Covering Ganached Cupcakes Lightly brush syrup on the ganached cupcakes. Roll out white icing with little cornflour and a rolling pin. Using a circle cutter, cut out circles the same size as the cupcakes. Gently pick up the cut icing and cover it on top of the cupcake. Gently smooth the icing on the cupcake with a smoother. Using sugar glue, stick it on the body’s top center.
