Step 17: Using a modelling tool, create a crevice in the cake. Step 21: Using a paper towel lightly dipped into white gel, gently press the white onto the cake. Step 18: Shade the crevice with black and grey edible dust and a dry brush to create depth.  Step 19: Make sure to add a lot of colour for a more intense look. Step 20: Using a water wipe, wipe away the excess dust so it is only in the crevices. Step 25: Make marks in the helmet using a modelling tool, so it looks worn and torn. Step 22: Cover your board using the same technique and stack the cake. Step 23: Cut out the first piece of the helmet from skin tone modelling paste. Step 24: Make an indention down the middle of the helmet. Step 29: Also add some marks to the second piece for effect. Step 26: Stick the piece on to the corner of the top cake. Step 30: Stick the piece on to the corner of the top cake a little bit below the first one. Step 27: Cut out the second piece of the helmet from modelling paste. Step 28: Using a cocktail stick, roll up the edges of the helmet. Step 31: Paint the whole helmet gold using edible dust mixed with alcohol. Step 32: Divide the leaves in half and start building your wreath.
