Step 3: Repeat the piping process to cover the second layer of cake. If you have a third layer, place it gently on top of the two frosted layers, place on top and push down gently. To finish, repeat the bobble frosting process as you have done on the previous layers. If you wish to top the cake with flowers or extra decorations, do this before the frosting dries. f www
