We gave thousands and thousands of dollars worth of prizes away on our 'Wheel
of Cake Fortune', sponsored by Roberts Confectionery.
The amount of caking royalty at this show definitely left us a little star struck!
Kaysie Lackey, Queen of Hearts Couture Cakes and Dessert Divas all made appearances during the three day event as part of a stellar line up of talent.
There was not a seat to spare when some of Australia’s best including caking
extraordinaire Versuca Walker, Queen of chocolate Kirsten Tibbals, dessert
master Pierrick Boyer and Celebrity Chef Miguel Masetre took to centre stage with
remarkable demonstrations in the main arena.
