Cheryl Glidden was in Janet’s
guitar class and was over the
moon with what she learnt.
“I think the most valuable part
of the guitar class for me was to
give me confidence. To try new
techniques, and know that if I
'stuff up' it is fixable. Also to
perfect techniques I already
had... my sharp edges are on fire
now!”
For Cheryl, being at Cake Camp
was extra special “'I was the
lucky one who won a ticket to
cake camp! It was an amazing
experience and one that I'm so
thankful for. The camp is worth
every cent, and I'd definitely pay
to go again.”
Our decorators went head to
head once again in the Saturday
night Cake Off! It was cut throat
as Janet, Handi and Greg battled
it out with their teams to decorate the best cake they could to
take out the title of champion.
Each decorator had a different
themed cake to create. Janet’s
was Disney, Handi had glamour and Greg’s was a camping
theme. We made the challenge
a little more difficult this time,
making them cover each of their
cakes while BLINDFOLDED!

To Handi’s delight he was crowned victor of the Cake Off! “I was ecstatic, this was
definitely the highlight of my weekend. I have been trying to win this cake off for so
long!” Handi said.
