Step 6: Immediately flood the lower and upper deck in white flooding icing but leave the centre deck empty for the time being. Take your white flooding icing and fill the middle deck, being especially careful not to overfill. Using your black line icing, drop little dots of black icing straight into the wet white flooding icing so as to create “port holes”. Using line icing, ice any other details such as stripes on the smoke stacks and even an anchor on the hull of your cruise liner, and then you are done! Leave to fully dry.
