You have a few classes on the online
learning platform Craftsy, what will
people learn when they enroll in your
courses?

When it comes to cake, if you
want the absolute impossible then
Mike McCarey is your man. He has
wowed the world with his avantgarde creations, and is looked up
to as a leader in the industry.
Whether they take the bobblehead
or the other 2 Craftsy classes I have,
they’ll be shown systems of pattern
and structure that applies to the current
project, but can be adapted to so many
other things they might want to attempt.
Mike started out is caking journey
as a pastry chef, working in
various hotels and restaurants.
On occasion he was called on to
decorate wedding and special
occasion cakes and as the saying
goes- the rest is history.
Can you tell us what else you have
been working on?
He has perfected the combination
of cake, gravity and physics to
continually amaze his clients
and fellow decorators with his
unbelievable designs.
