Step 25 :
With a small piece of white Isomalt , pull the Isomalt so that it become a thin , long piece and wrap it around the hat , along the edge while it ’ s still warm and pliable .
Step 26 :
Using your tools , give the edge a little detail – if the Isomalt is now had , use your heat torch and give it a little light heat to soften and continue to texture .
Step 27 :
Roll a small ball of 1.5 grams of white Isomalt for the ball on Santa ’ s hat and attach into place .
