Step 28 :
Place a couple of the pieces of the chopped up make up sponge ( or you can use tissues or folded up baking paper )

Step 29 :
Add on the next layer of mane , ensuring it ’ s contact with the head .

Keep arranging until you have 1 piece of mane left , place the ears in place with a little glue . Then the final piece of mane that wraps down a little onto his forehead |
Step 31 :
Add a hole at the bottom for the bamboo skewer to make it easier when it comes time to assemble .
