Step 9:
Carefully peel off the acetate sheet and fill any
gaps with white buttercream. Trim the excess
overhang at the back with your exacto knife or
paring knife.
Step 10:
Use your scraper to
remove the outer layer
and straighten sides.
The use of a turntable
will make life easier.
Step 11:
Trim the top edge level
to your cake for those
crisp, sharp, clean
edges.
Step 12:
Decorate with colourful gerberas or a white drip, rainbow piping and sprinkles.
