You will need:
Tools
• Sugar cookies
• Royal icing
• Scribe tool
• Tipless piping bag
• Edible markers
• Paint brush
• Cookie turntable (optional)
Funky Rainbow Cookies
Step 1:
Start with outlining & flooding the
entire cookie with white medium
consistency icing.
Step 2:
Use the scribe tool to smooth
out & shape the icing around
the edges, then allow to dry
completely.
Step 3:
Mark the guidelines for each
section of the rainbow with a light
coloured edible pen.
