Pita Pizza

Need: pita (whole wheat or plain, whatever you prefer),

marinara sauce, cheddar (sliced or diced), mozzarella,

favorite spices, other toppings you want

Do: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread sauce on pita,

lay on the cheese and any other toppings you want.

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Sprinkle with your favourite spices and devour!

Homemade Chicken Nuggets

Need: chicken breast, eggs, bread (whole wheat or plain, whatever you prefer), salt and pepper (or other preferred spices)

Do: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut chicken into bite sizes. Whisk the egg in a bowl. Toast the bread slices and using a table knife, cut and crumble the bread into breadcrumbs. Sprinkle these crumbs with salt and pepper (or other preferred spices). Completely soak each bite size chicken into the whisked egg, then roll it in the breadcrumbs. Place finished nuggets onto a lightly greased baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.

Peanut Butter Cookies (Or Almond Butter)

Need: 1 cup peanut butter, 1 cup of sugar,

1 egg, ΒΌ cup of butter

Do: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat the egg.

Add sugar, butter, and peanut butter (or almond butter).

Take spoons of batter and plop onto greased cookie sheet.

Make sure you leave an inch between each spoonful

because the bookies will expand while baking.

Cook for 8-11 minutes or until your preference.

Bacon Wrapped Green Beans

Need: Bacon, green beans, oil, salt, water

Do: Prepare bacon as instructed by package. In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook green beans for 7 minutes and drain. In same pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat, add the previous beans back and toss with a lil' salt.
