Understanding selling your home

In today's market, the typical real estate sales person, will come to you and offer to sell your home for a percentage of the final sales price achieved.

Some salespeople will come and offer to sell your home for a fixed fee, and say that this will save you money, when compared to the % of sales price method.

Some agents, may also offer to throw in a "home staging" package, and or a "marketing package" to induce you to choose them.

These two methods, are the most commonly used systems in the market.
