Monitoring
All plaster homes listed, have a wall wi-fi
moisture sensor system installed.
This system provides readings on the
performance of the walls, and alerts the home
owner, and guarantors of any changes in the
wall environment.
The home owner gets a weekly report emailed
to them detailing the ongoing performance of
the cladding.
In the unlikely event that moisture intrusion is
detected, the guarantors will contact the owners
to arrange a visit to check the performance of
the exterior cladding.
