CADDIE MANAGER
CADDIE PROGRAM
• Oversee all aspects of the caddie program .
• Lead caddie recruitment in partnership with the Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional to ensure availability throughout the season
• Build a relationship with the Western Golf Association and Evans Foundation
• Develop and coordinate new caddie training
• Ensure all caddies adhere to proper policies and procedures
• Understand independent contractor laws
• Manage Caddie software ( ForeTees )
• Monitor and manage caddie classification ( Professional , Honor , A , and B )
• Keep caddies well informed of upcoming club events , Evans Scholarship , moving up to the next classification , etc .
• Serve as the first and last impression for members , guests , and caddies at the Bag Drop

OUTSIDE OPERATIONS
• Work as a member of the outside operations team ( bag drop , bag room , practice range , etc .), filling roles as necessary
• Collaborate with outside operations manager to ensure that outside operations standards are met daily
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Must have a high school diploma
• College degree preferred
• At least three years as a caddie
