for artists who are interested in
pursuing grant funds, commissions and
government contracts. In this workshop,
artists will learn about the basic
components of a proposal and how to
format their ideas to compete for funds

Painting in Gouache

Students will learn to paint in gouache—
which is opaque watercolor. We’ll learn
how this paint behaves and why gouache
is used to teach color theory. We’ll do
some classic color theory projects where
we mix subtle colors and watch magical
things happen on the paper! No drawing
