OH, DARN! WHY WAS MY CLASS CANCELED?
Each class needs a minimum enrollment. If this minimum is not met three days before the start date, the
class may be canceled. Sometimes a great class gets canceled because people wait to register until the
last minute.
Sign up early—and if you have a change of heart, or get busy at work or your schedule changes—just call
and we will be happy to put a credit voucher for a future class on your account. So you have nothing to
lose—sign up today and help us keep the classes running!
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
A withdrawal request received four or more working days prior to the start of class will be refunded less
the following processing fees:
• $5 for course fees up to $99
• $10 for course fees $100 - $199
• $15 for course fees more than $200
A withdrawal request received three or fewer working days prior to the start of class will be refunded 50
percent of tuition. No shows will not receive reimbursement.
If you are dissatisfied with a class, please contact us within one working day. Unfortunately, refunds cannot
be credited after that.

When Columbia Public Schools is announced as closed due to weather, all adult classes will be canceled
as well. If possible, canceled classes will be rescheduled.

Credits expire one year from issuance.

Professional & Community Education welcomes walk-ins during regular business hours, at the Main
Entrance. Please be advised that due to new procedures to ensure the security of students, all adults must
come directly to the Main Entrance. Adults attending classes held in Rock Bridge High School, please
enter through the North Entrance doors adjoined to CACC by the North Lot.
