The Small Print
Oh, darn! Why was my class canceled?
Each class needs a minimum enrollment. If this
minimum is not met three days before the start date,
the course may be canceled. Sometimes a favorite class
gets canceled because people wait to register until the
last minute.

torch. Fee covers the materials, instruction and

Refunds & Cancellations
A withdrawal request received four or more working
days prior to the start of class will be refunded less the
following processing fees:
$5 for course fees up to $99
$10 for course fees $100 - $199
$15 for course fees more than $200
A withdrawal request received three or fewer working
days before the start of class will be refunded
50 percent of tuition. No shows will not receive
reimbursement.
If you are dissatisfied with a class, please contact us
within one working day. Unfortunately, refunds will not
be available after that time.
When Columbia Public Schools announces a closure
due to weather, all adult classes will cancel as well.
Whenever possible, CACC will reschedule canceled
courses.

publication are based on conditions at the time of
printing and are subject to change.
Credits expire one year from issuance.
CACC’s Professional & Community Education office
welcomes walk-ins during regular business hours, at
the South Main Entrance. Please be advised that due to
new procedures to ensure the security of students, all
adults must come directly to the Main South Entrance.
Adults attending classes held at Rock Bridge High
School, please enter through the North Entrance doors
adjoined to CACC by the North Lot.
