Our Work
Management , Commissioners and staff launched the strategic planning process in November 2018 . Multiple forums were held to engage members of the public and help them prioritize the goals most important to them . The County also created a staffthemed assessment to engage employees . After several months of data collection , County staff presented the findings to the Board of Commissioners . The Board then adopted the plan .
