A warm welcome to CAA Saskatchewan ’ s new chair of the board
Hello CAA SASkAtCHewAn memberS !
I am so pleased to be the newly elected chair of the CAA Saskatchewan Board of Directors .
As a CAA Member since 1998 and an active member of the board since 2007 , I ’ ve seen first-hand the impact CAA has on the lives of our Members and the residents of our province . Through my work on the audit and risk , governance and pension committees , I ’ ve been lucky enough to contribute to making our roads and communities safer and stronger .
As you can see , I ’ m no stranger to the Saskatchewan Motor Club ! As a Member , I have trusted Saskatchewan ’ s automobile association of choice to meet my needs as well as those of my family . We ’ ve come to rely on CAA for everything from roadside assistance to travel and insurance planning .
In addition to my volunteer work with CAA Saskatchewan , I ’ ve been an active member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan and the Canadian Bar Association since 2005 . I ’ m also quite proud of my work with the Moose Jaw francophone community and the Crescent Park Foundation . I am a past member of the Board of Directors
for Centre Educatif Pomme D ’ Api and the Moose Jaw branch of the John Howard Society .
Last December , I graduated from the director ’ s education program at the Institute of Corporate Directors . And this fall , I proudly opened my own law firm , Insight Law , where I ’ ve focused on criminal law .
I look forward to serving the 185,000 Members of CAA Saskatchewan , along with our 240 staff working at 12 CAA Stores across the province and at the CAA Car Care Centre at Regina Battery Depot .
Thank you to you , our Members , for being part of the CAA Saskatchewan family . I hope you continue to enjoy the many benefits and rewards of belonging to our community .
