Buy a big bag of fruit and veggies and soak everything in water mixed with a special produce disinfectant (avail- able at most grocery stores). take In local shows beach at Nuevo Vallarta: The water was clean, waves were gentle enough for our kids to boogie board, and there were several mornings we stum- bled upon baby turtles that had hatched overnight. Instant rV park famIlIes You’ll find a real sense of com- munity in RV parks throughout Mexico. They’re typically filled with Canadian snowbirds, with the odd young family in the mix. If you’re staying more than a month, you can’t beat the prices in Rincón de Guayabitos, a beach town in Riviera Nayarit. We stayed at a lovely little park called Delia’s. Most parks offer Wi-Fi, plus shower and laundry facilities.
