Beloved, let us not worry when people stone us.
Let us not be discouraged when people speak against
us. But let us look to Jesus and serve Him faithfully.
Love bears all things. Let us love people in spite of
their weaknesses. Again I say, 'L-O-V-E'!
Never think of 'leaving the ministry.' Definitely
there will be tough times when we would think that it is
all a waste of time and energy. But let us linger on and
labour on. There will be times when we would think of
quitting. But let us never quit. Let us continue to
persevere. It is always too soon to quit. Even spiritual
giants had their share of discouragements. Moses
prayed that he be killed and so did Elijah. Jeremiah
complained about his call. But they kept on fighting
and were faithful till their last breath.
So be of good cheer. The journey is still long.
There are roads that need to be travelled and journeys
that are yet to be made. There are people still to be met
and there are victories still to be won.
We serve no man, but the King of kings. Hence, let
us press on. Our reward is in Heaven.
