ESAV Each One Save One
God created human beings in His own image . There was a perfect communion with the eternal God . But it all changed when Adam and Eve sinned . Man was completely lost . God sent His only Son in search of man so that He can redeem them back . Jesus Christ came into this world 2000 years back and paid the penalty for sin . Now , man can , once again have fellowship with God . This is the Good News . This is the Gospel . People should be made aware that their sins have been paid for . They need to only believe in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ . And they will be saved .
This Good News has to be preached . It has to be shared . It has to be communicated . This is the duty of every BIBLE BELIEVING CHRISTIAN . Jesus commanded us to proclaim the Gospel to the whole creation ( Mk 16:15 ). It is for this reason Apostle Paul cried out - “ Woe to me if I do not preach the Gospel .” 1 Cor 9:16
Even today , millions are rushing to hell because somebody did not tell them about Jesus Christ ; somebody hesitated and somebody felt that it was not their duty . In India according to the recent statistics 10 people die every minute . Suicide rate is skyrocketing .
Who is responsible for all the people who are dying without Christ ?
This generation of Christians will be held responsible for this generation of unbelievers .
God is concerned of each and every individual in this world .
“ There will be more joy in heaven over ONE SINNER who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance ” ( Luke 15:7 ).
“ This is good , and it is pleasing in the sight of God our Saviour , who desires ALL PEOPLE to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth ” ( 1 Tim 2:4 ).
“ It is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that ONE OF THESE little ones should perish ” ( Mat 18:14 ).
God sent evangelist Philip to preach to “ one soul ” in the desert ( Acts 8:26 ). Jesus went to the “ house ” of Zaccaeus and salvation came to the house ( Luke 19:9 ). Jesus had a “ one to one ” conversation with the Samaritan woman and led her to salvation ( John 4:26 ). The Good Shepherd left the 99 sheep in order to search for the “ one sheep ” which was lost ( Luke 15:4 ).
If we are to follow the footsteps of Jesus and obey Him , then we should all involve ourselves in Soulwinning .
What is ESAV ?
ESAV is a soulwinning programme of Blessing Youth Mission . Under this programme we envision that every believer in India should become an active soul-winner .
