Tony is a director of the ‘Life Skills Training Consultancy’ (LSTC)
a company that provides life skills and personal development
training, working within the private and public sectors supporting
adults, young people and children.
l Founder Member of 100 Black Men of London
Aside from his day job, Tony supports and is a founding member of
‘100 Black Men of London’ and ‘Black Men in the Community’.
Both are community driven organisations run by forward thinking
Black men, who give their time and resources to ensure the
empowerment and validation of our Black communities,
specifically Black boys.

Tony sits on various boards as a Non-executive director, trustee and advisor. He has been
recognised by his peers for excellence and honoured with a European Federation of Black
Women in Business (EFBWBO) business award.
l Joint Director of LSTC (Training Company)
As a public speaker, he has given presentations in the Houses of Parliament, House of Lords,
various educational establishments, business conferences and parenting groups in both the
UK and the USA. His specialist subjects are Life Skills and Mentoring.
l Chair of Governors to an Independent Black owned school
He is seen by his peers as a perennial optimist. He promotes the aspirations of others and
willingly uses his abilities to advance their planned goals and desires. Tony has often been
described as an “emotional philanthropist”, giving of himself in an effort to sow seeds of
future achievement in others.
