DTG( Direct to Garment)
DTG utilizes a specialized printer that allows an image to be printed directly onto a garment. Since this is a digital process, the print is sharper and has a higher resolution than traditional printing methods such as screen printing. However, unlike screen printing, there is no long setup or clean-up process, and DTG can print lower quantities for minimal cost. Inks are completely safe and dry quickly. The ink will soak into your garment and become part of the shirt. That means there’ s no chance for the graphic to crack, peel, or wash away over time.
FUSION
Fusion Heat Transfer mimics the look and feel of traditional twill applique without requiring any sewing. This heat transfer technique provides excellent durability and lasts just as long as screen printed or embroidered decorations.
