BEYOND THE BORDER
St Donats Castle, Vale of Glamorgan
Fri 4-Sun 6 July
What: His Dark Materials author Phillip
Pullman once said that “after nourishment,
shelter and companionship, stories are the
thing we need most in the world.” If this is
the case then consider Beyond The Border
a feast of fiction.
The three-day festival celebrates music and storytelling from around the world and is
the perfect choice if you’re a fan of fairy tales with majestic medieval castles, strange
characters and artful storytelling. Just like the best fairytales BTB is set in a castle, St
Donats Castle to be exact, and this year will be hosting a vast and varied line-up of
performers.
