The cardboard tags are the dark grey bag colour, with the brand logo and name embossed into them. The tag is connected to the label by a piece of good quality black string, through a metal- rimmed hole. The string is connected to the label by a black safety pin. The swing tags at Whistles are again the same as their carrier bags with a monochromatic feel. The tags are cardboard and are white in colour with ‘Whistles’ printed onto them, and are a rectangular shape. The tag is also swinging on a high quality piece of string, through a rectangular hole. The swing tag is connected to the label with a black safety pin. The Reiss swing tags slightly match their carrier bags in a way that they have the white background with the black logo writing. The tags are also rectangular in shape, and are very similar to the Whistles tag. The tag is attached to the label with a black piece of string, the lowest quality of the three. The string is attached to the label with a black safety pin, and attached to the tag through a hole punched through the tag. The labelling on the Allsaints garment is stitched just at the sides. The label consists of the brand name, the UK size, the US size and the EU size. The labelling differs from the swing tag as the label is black and has white writing. The labelling on the garment at Whistles is folded over at the sides and the two top corners, and stitched to the jumper. The label is attached to a smaller label just stating the country of origin, which for this garment and many others is China. What differs this labelling to the others is that it doesn’t state the size of the item. The labelling matches the swing tag and the carrier, making it tie in perfectly with their aesthetic. The Reiss garment labelling is stitched at the sides, giving an illusion that it is stitched all around. The brand name and logo is written onto the label with the same aesthetic of the swing tag. The tiny label underneath the logo label states the size of the garment in the UK, EU and the USA.
