After the hurricane which hit Grenada in September 2004 . Creative Designs biggest challenge was to get the St George ’ s University up and running for January 2005 , otherwise the University , which was closed for this period of time , would have experienced a serious negative impact to their business . Creative Designs completed the job in record time , and the University were able to reopen as planned and on time .

CONCESSIONS We work with any client who enjoys concessions such as Sandals , Spice Beach Resort , Port Louis Marina , Mt . Cinnamon Hotel , and the recently commenced Silver Sands project on Grand Anse Beach . We will coordinate with customs , and the VAT Dept . etc . to make sure the client receives the concessions they are entitled to .

SILVER SANDS We were involved in the initial stage of civil work including drainage and retaining walls which will house the buildings . We will certainly be up for the construction phase of the final hotel once that comes up for tender . Our experience of building to a 5 star level will be to our advantage to a project such as this .

We have also bid for the new parliament building which is under review for technical and financial aspects of our proposal .
