MANAGEMENT
Organizations of all sizes need leaders to ensure their operations are running as efficiently as possible.
That’s where management comes in. Today’s business leaders are well-versed in management techniques and
are responsible for boosting employees’ morale, motivation levels, and productivity. Our program teaches
proven management techniques, and the coursework allows prospective managers to develop their skills in
communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
As a GMercyU Management major, you will:
• Intern with major organizations, such as Northwestern Mutual, Delaware River Port Authority, Janssen
Biotech (Johnson and Johnson), and more!
• Take specialized courses in a specific industry, such as sports management, human resources, risk
management, and employment law.
