As to what she finds most satisfying about her work, Stetson
said it’s the satisfaction of providing expert service to her clients.
“I think I gravitated towards Engel & Volkers because of the
high level of service,” she said. “I see clients maybe not getting the
area of specialized expertise (from other companies) that we offer.
A couple of years ago, in wanting to go into my own business or
wanting ownership in something, I wanted to make the client
number one — and that’s something we do here.”
In addition to Stetson, other licensed partners are Joy Baresel
and Jarred Kopepasah, who is a high-touch real estate professional
known for his extensive market knowledge and devotion to his
clients.
Stetson said there’s something available in the Edmond market
for clients of all family sizes and lifestyles.
“For as much as the stereotype is about younger people
preferring to rent an apartment over investing in property, we find
that’s not the case, especially here in Oklahoma, where the cost
of living is so reasonable, we have such affordable housing, and
there’s plenty for them to do,” she said. “According to research
from the National Association of Realtors, we’re in one of the
most popular areas for the millennials.”
Stetson is a Certified Relocation Specialist, a Senior Real
Estate Specialist (SRES), and she holds a CLHMS Million Dollar
Guild Designation. Additionally, she is a member of the National
Association of Realtors and Edmond Board of Realtors. In 2019,
she was honored as one of the 10 Best Real Estate Agents in
Oklahoma through the American Institute of Real Estate Agents.
Further, she volunteers for community partners that speak to
her heart, including the MAPS 3 Health & Wellness Center and
Healthy Living Inc., for which, she serves as a board chair for the
personnel committee.
Engel & Volkers’ managing broker is Derek Davis and the
Edmond branch broker is Jennifer Duncan.
