ngel & Volkers Real Estate wants to
help Edmond follow their dream …
home.
With a refined brand and innovative
team of real estate professionals, Engel &
Volkers not only serves to help buy and
sell homes, but also to help their clients
discover the fullness of life found in their
next move — whether that move be a first
home, dream home, or something more.
Just ask Sherry Stetson.
“We’re a real estate firm — a global real
estate firm, which is a franchise, so it has
over 380 locations globally,” said Stetson,
licensed partner/owner, Engel & Volkers
Real Estate. “Our newest branch is in
Edmond, almost ready to be opened, and
on the corner of Broadway and 1st Street.
Our construction ran a bit behind, but
we’re hoping to be moved in by March 1.

We’re almost there.”
Engel & Volkers is a full-service real
estate firm, with 28 advisors (realtors)
in both (Oklahoma City and Edmond)
locations.
“By ‘full-service,’ this means we have put
in place standards for premium service, in
that we go above and beyond, knowing our
markets, but also knowing our contracts
to protect our buyers and sellers,” she said.
“Real estate is such a big purchase. We
kind of go it about it where the advisors
are specialized in continuous education,
service beyond themselves, and that’s our
goal — that’s Engel & Volkers standard —
servicing people starts at the top.”
Stetson, who founded the Sherry
Stetson Group in 2002, has a passion
for service and brings a special expertise
in contracts and negotiations with a
background in corporate contracts and HR.
She also possesses an extensive knowledge
of the Oklahoma City and metro areas,
including Edmond, Piedmont, Yukon,
Choctaw, Guthrie, Mustang and Moore.
Although operating out of the Edmond
location, Engel & Volkers realtors are
mobile, focusing on Edmond, Guthrie,
Jones, and the outer Oklahoma City
and the Oklahoma City metro area,
drawing Stetson’s extensive knowledge and
experience.
“You have to know your area, you have
to know your neighborhoods, to see them
for yourself, so that when you get that call
from the client, you have the knowledge to
understand what areas or neighborhoods
would best suit them,” she said. “This is
definitely not just a job at which you show
homes.”
