“I finally got the opportunity to try The Mule in Edmond,”
she wrote. “I love this location nestled in downtown Edmond.
We all enjoyed each of our meals, I personally had the Macaroni
Pony Sandwich which comes on Jalapeño Cornbread with
Chipotle BBQ Pulled Pork and 3 Cheese Mac and Cheese and
pickles inside. I truly enjoyed my sandwich. I look forward to
many future trips to the Mule to try more of their awesome
menu.”
Morris said all of the ownership group have a passion for the
restaurant business.
“We are all restaurant guys,” he said. “We were all busboys,
waiters, cooks, bartenders and managers. We like to work in the
restaurant.”
Morris said it is exciting to be part of the thriving downtown
Edmond scene.
“We want to be part of the community,” he said. “We like to
be in neighborhoods or a place that feels like a neighborhood.
That is kind of what drew us to downtown Edmond was adding
to the community. We are really happy with what is happening
down there and what is on the horizon.”

RIBBON CUTTING CELEBRATES ANNIVERSARY CHAMBER HELPS CUT RIBBON AT HIATUS WELLNESS SPA
Back40 Design and Outlook Magazine recently held a ribbon cutting
with the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce to celebrate their relocation
and 20-year anniversary. Back40 is a full-service design and digital
marketing firm. Since 2000, they have been creating award-winning digital
marketing projects while providing secure website hosting for upwards
of 650 clients across the country. Back40 also publishes the monthly
“Edmond Outlook” magazine, which is focused on promoting local people,
places and events. The magazine is mailed to more than 50,000 homes in
seven Edmond area zip codes. Hiatus Wellness Spa recently held a ribbon cutting with the Edmond
Area Chamber of Commerce to celebrate their new membership. Hiatus
Wellness Spa is a family owned wellness center dedicated to serving the
Oklahoma community with wellness and beauty services. Hiatus offers
massages, facials, nail services, body treatments, as well as a sauna and
soaking tub. Hiatus also offers NormaTec, Cryotherapy, IV therapy,
injectables and laser treatments. The spa has several nurses and a
physician on staff.
