As a tenured real estate professional and the
outgoing president of the Edmond Board of
Realtors, Patrick D. Arie has long had his finger on
the proverbial pulse of housing sales.
With years of practical experience, in recent years,
Arie has observed a “steady increase” in the housing
market in the Edmond area, with little indication of
it changing in the near future.
ABSTRACTING COMPANY’S HISTORY
PREDATES OKLAHOMA’S STATEHOOD
For Amber Dixon, real estate has been part of her
family business going back even before statehood.
Founded in 1907, just before Oklahoma became a
state, Oklahoma City Abstract and Title Co. has
grown along with the state as a licensed and bonded
abstract firm, while also providing title insurance,
closing services, and all types of real property
services to the public.
