drooping eyelids or wrinkles around their eyes.    While most people associate these services with plastic surgeons or aesthetic clinics, McGee believes her unique understanding of the eye and all the muscles surrounding the eye allow her to provide her patients with an unparalleled quality of care.     McGee is the president of the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians and is board certified in the following specialized areas: • Primary Care Optometry — Comprehensive eye exams that can uncover more than 200 medical conditions; • Specialty Lenses — Specialty and custom contact lenses like scleral lenses that help patients who struggle with their sight; and • Anterior Segment — Diseases affecting the front of the eye like dry eye disease.  McGee continues to learn about the latest techniques in optometry to best help her patients. “I am one of those people who believe learning should never stop,” she said.  McGee lives in Edmond with her husband Adam and their two daughters, Evey and Emery.    She genuinely enjoys working in Edmond and being a part of the community.  “It has been awesome,” she said. “I grew up in western Oklahoma in a small town. I love Edmond because it has that small town feel from the sense that so many people are involved in the community.
