To find you career you must assess your values, your interests, skills and aptitudes, personality, environmental work preferences and relationship preferences.
Your values define the type of person you are, putting this into your career choice ensures that you won’t have any internal
conflicts of the morality of what you are doing. Your interests play a role in how much effort and
dedication you are go to put into your career just like in the skills and aptitudes allow you to do
something you are actually good at. Your personality defines the stress level job and career you can
follow, the type of person you are define if you can take a high stress career or a more relaxed one.
The environmental and relationship preferences define more the area and the people you want to
be mixed with and how you will deal with the people and places you can encounter in your field.
