How the business will operate
When the user firsts downloads the app, they will need to begin the registration. This
will be an email address and some personal details such as name and mobile number
They will then be issued with a profile, which they can edit and start adding photos,
friends and personal information to add a sense of their personality to their profile.
OPERATIONS
To begin with the use will have the option of an app tour. The tour will guide the user
through the different features, explaining how each individual feature works.
Before the user can access any of the features they will need to watch a video promoting the subscription feature (The virtual run and 12 months of blogger). This showcases
the bloggers that are involved, what events are being held, the live streaming videos
and blog posts. The video will then go on and talk about the virtual runs and how this is
a new and exciting way to stay active with friends as well as receiving exclusive discounts on all Active in Style clothing. The user will have the option to sign up for the
subscription there and then or have the option to sign up at a later date.
A unique discount code of 20% will be sent to the user as a welcome gift for joining the
app.
The user will now have the chance to go through the app and try out the different features.
