However, Lorna Jane products are stocked in the UK by Active in Style, House of Fraser and recently, Lorna Jane has recently opened their own stand-alone store in Convent Garden, London. Lorna Jane have their own app which is great for tracking workouts and keeping on track of workout history. The user can earn badges as a reward for their achievements on the app, and when they feel they have had a good workout, and want to share this with their peers they can do so by sharing it on Facebook (Lorna Jane, 2015). Weaknesses The amount of features are limited, meaning the users time on the app could be short The app does not link up to the Lorna Jane shop To keep the user motivated through their workout, Founder Lorna Jane Clarkson speaks during the app with motivational words. The Lorna Jane app is a competitor for The Active app due to it also being a very popular active wear brand. Consumers could decide to track their health by downloading this app. To make the Active app differentiate from this competitor, the two USP’s (The virtual run and 12 months of blogging) will have to be heavily marketed. The Active app also has a variety of different features, which this app does not. The app is available to download on IOS and Android.
