he 2nd annual Picnickin' and Politickin' mixer took place
the evening of October 18. This one-of-a-kind event
provides the opportunity for our members and the com-
munity to mix and mingle with candidates and elected of-
ficials in a casual atmosphere. We had great participation
by our local elected officials (attendees listed to the right)
and chamber members. Cool weather, a great view off of
the Outdoor Plaza at the Ortiz Center, and musical enter-
tainment from local artist Jake Ward, created the perfect
atmosphere for this unique event. Valet parking, heavy
hors d'oeuvres, and refreshing beverages were enjoyed
by all.
