lemonade day ensures freshly squeezed lessons in entrepreneurship & economic development for youth
Our forecast will soon include lots of lemons ! The 5th annual Lemonade Day Coastal Bend , presented by Kleberg Bank and organized by the United Corpus Christi Chamber of Commerce Foundation , is set to take place on Saturday , May 13 , 2017 .
Lemonade Day is a nationwide , educational initiative dedicated to teaching children how to start , own and operate their own business through the simple and time-honored act of building and running a lemonade stand .
Lemonade Day is much more than just lemonade . It is a recognition to the entrepreneurial spirit , a display of marketing genius , a living lesson in economics , and a testament to community strength . On Lemonade Day , everyone has a job- either buying or selling lemonade .
