After years of waiting and asking, on
December 11, 2014 Facebook announced
easy-to-use, strategically placed “Call To Action”
buttons on their business pages!
So what are these and what do they mean to you
and your business?
Beginning in January, an easy to use button appeared in your header, reading “Edit Call To Action”.
Simple to edit, simple to use:
Contact Us - creates an external link to your
contact us page, or any other web page on your
website. This could be a great place to track traffic
and create a landing page.
Use App - Send customers to a place where they
can download your app. Apps that hit their first
100,000 downloads in the first month succeed more
often than those that don’t.
Play Game - Send customers to your online game.
Shop Now - creates a link to your external
e-commerce site.
Sign-Up - Great way to get people to sign up for
newsletters.
Book Now - creates a link to your external booking
site.
Watch Video - Promote your YouTube or Vimeo.
