Interview
Working to give women the power to be self-
reliant, independent JUCHHEIM products
consultant, Karin Mack speaks to Business
Fit Magazine readers about her mission
and motivation and how she has grown her
multi-million Euro international beauty and
healthcare business with her partner Udo
Klawitter
Who are you?
A powerful woman on a mission with her heart
and soul in a leadership position, showing how
you can easily work today even if your mind
knows the only key for success is being ‘hard
working’ - It’s time for ‘heart working’
At the age of 21, I started my first business. Later,
I held corporate leadership positions for years
and about 10 years ago I decided to go back
and become an entrepreneur and trainer. As a
teenager, I was told I was different. I had a strong
inner intuition and an ability to read people
and their energy. Today we call this: “sensory
processing sensibility” (SPS). With this God given
gift of being a highly sensitive person (HPS), I am
able to interact differently with people and use
this ability to an advantage for my students when
I lead them to success as a business coach.
With this background I started my working
transformation 10 years ago with the support
of the best trainers and coaches, in the world
today. The results of this huge investment in
myself - I think about €200.000 over the last few
years – put me in my current position, and this
knowledge the women in my business team now
get for free and become rich.

What is your Mission and
Motivation to achieve what you
have?
Giving women the power to be self-reliant no
matter their country, culture or age; building
empires through beauty and health care.
From my experience as a former sales and
leadership trainer for large corporations, I was
searching for a system which would give female
entrepreneurs the opportunity to use their
personal knowledge and commitment to achieve
their financial dreams. I believe women are very
creative. As future entrepreneurs we will make
this world a better place for our children and the
environment. I feel driven and motivated every
day to better myself, to get out of my comfort
zone, to push the limits and grow our business.
I want to encourage and support women
entrepreneurs to the same.
My partner, Udo Klawitter, and I are venturing
ahead with our international business
development. Udo’s background was in
international sales and marketing for several
global corporations and running his own
consulting company. This brings the experience
needed to take our business into the global
arena. His international contacts are invaluable,
but together as a couple, we are able to open
many doors, be more effective and create great
opportunities. Running the business together is
a dream.
What advice has your partner
Udo Klawitter for men between
35-55 in this business?
Udo: Interestingly men are not so successful
in this business as women. In my opinion this
has to do with identity and persistence. Unlike
an employee, you need 6-12 months to earn
according to your time invest. After that the
income growth is constant and the time invested
decreases, of course, depending on your
personal goals.
Most men in our business don’t have the
persistence to last through this starting phase.
They get distracted with additional business
opportunities and lose focus. When the results
then don’t come, men think the business is not
working, however, it is just not working for them
because of lack of focus and persistence. Men
also see money as a strong appreciation of their
work. At the beginning the payments are small
and they don’t see their personal efforts valued
enough in the business.
Making our
team successful
means running
and leading
a successful
business
