The second important factor is identity. Most
men think they have to change their identity
and become a cosmetic or food supplement
expert. However, people trust them for their
achievements they have had in the past.
Therefore, you need to say what you stand for.
In my case I’m a sales and marketing expert and
an engineer. People trust me because of my
objective opinion and recommendations.
This identity will conclude in your personal ‘why’.
I have not always felt positive about Karin’s
business. I was critical and checked T&C’s and
numbers carefully. However, with the launch
of Juchheim’s full hemp extract, Cannapur,
improving my personal health and getting
pain relief within days, I saw the opportunity of
improving the living condition of many people
either with extremely effective products or with
an ethically high business case and this was the
game changer for me.
Additionally, being a team leader in international
corporations, I was coaching my teams. However,
this was limited to the work tasks. Today, I’m
able to use my full potential to coach our team
partners holistically. This provides much more
fun and appreciation than, I had experienced in
leadership roles before.
How did you hear about your
Cooperation Partner ?
Karin: After seeing sensational before and after

products, our curiosity was heightened. Torsten

also inspired me.
In September 2016, I became an independent
