Interview Harry Sardinas & Lily Patrascu Helping people realise what is possible Harry Sardinas and Lily Patrascu have a goal - to enable anyone to find their voice, overcome the fear of speaking and monetise their knowledge. They achieve it through their international 24- hour program – alongside #1 business strategist Tony Robbins, #1 wealth coach JT Foxx, property investor and bestselling author Robert Kyosaki. I am now mentoring influencers, inspirational people, coaches, investors and ordinary people to write, publish and brand a book that can be turned into a business model in 30 days. I am particularly proud to have empowered women from different walks of life – some of them with low resources. They are the founders of Speakers are Leaders - Your Voice Can Transform the World and www. BrandForSpeakers.com – We Make You Look Great - two international speaking and branding programs listed among the world’s best courses. The biggest drive for me is helping people realise what is possible. I am the author of “Peak Performance Sales”, “English From Zero To Hero", co-author of the “Speakers Are Leaders” book and ghost writer for multiple influencers and coaches in order to empower them to create multiple streams of income. Over the last year they have empowered more than ten thousand people in the UK, Singapore, Peru and Mexico. Who are you? Harry: I am an empowerment, public speaking and leadership trainer, an international speaker, an entrepreneur, and an inspiring leader. I can help you to speak more effectively so more people want to do business with you What is the biggest mistake you have ever made in business and what you did you learn from it? I am currently mentoring some of the world’s top influencers, coaches, gold medallists and inspiring influential entrepreneurs to finetune their presentation skills so they can inspire thousands of people and monetise their knowledge. Harry: Years ago, I opened my restaurant Harry’s Spanish Tapas - thinking I had a unique idea and believing it would be successful. It served Halal Spanish tapas in Brick Lane. Lack of planning and unexpected circumstances lead to a loss of £120k. Despite being featured in the newspaper for changing the landscape of Brick Lane - the home of Indian curries typically - I was too early to the market and I used up a huge budget to make the restaurant look great, but didn’t have remaining money for marketing. I learned better calculations needed to be made so your idea is sustainable, otherwise the business will collapse and harm you, even if it is transformational. You need to raise finance so you can absorb the cost of innovation. Also, when it comes to new cultures, you must be able to hold your business afloat while the market adapts to it. Lily: My name is Lily Patrascu. I can help you monetise your knowledge and influence through personal branding. Lily: My biggest mistake when I started working in business was not always doing what I know I should be doing and not utilising 100% of the I have trained thousands of influencers, speakers, entrepreneurs, authors, coaches, young people, to overcome their fear of public speaking and become more confident when speaking from the stage, so they can share their message with the world and create wealth at the same time. I can empower you to do the same so you can achieve your full potential, get the best results at work, attract more business to you and create a movement of inspired raving fans for your product. 32 Through my speaking, through the personal branding makeovers I create, through the monetising programs, I empower people to become who they were meant to be and access the powers within. 33
