Interview of things in life. I also need the presence of positive things. I simply love Vladimir Mayakovski’s quote: “After all, if the stars are lit, does that mean someone needs it?” What is your major discovery in life? The power of the positive energy. It can heal you mentally and physically, it gives you strength to overcome any major disaster, it can even influence people with bad intentions to change towards you. Just simply focus on the positive energy and keep projecting it around you. And how has it influenced your life? The presence of the positive energy in life helped me every single time not to crash in the hardest business situations, gave me a new belief and helped me to send this energy to people I was working with. It just makes you survive, be stronger, achieve more and make more friends which was always very important for me. What do you think is the most significant barrier to female leadership? Not to try to be a man and not to forget that they are women. There are many feminine initiatives in the world and yet you are coming up with another one calling it Creative Women? What was the reason behind the title and what is happening at Creative Women Conference at Limassol’s Parklane Hotel? Indeed, there are many wonderful female platforms and initiatives, but Creative Women was formed with a view to focus on creativity and new and innovative approaches in life and business, doing things differently, combining business and creative skills which many of us especially women should not forget to combine. Even during the gala dinner of the conference our speakers come out and share their opinion on topics with the audience. Do you believe in healthy competition in life and in business? I do but as long it does not bring envy and jealousy which can destroy many friendships and cooperations. We have to take only positive things from other people’s success, to learn and to expand. What are your expectations from future projects, do you feel sometimes that you want to change the world? Without sounding grand, I want to dream to be able to change the world at least a little or to make other people think that they need to make the world a better place. Among many existing and new projects in the pipeline, one of my main focuses is a global platform Theatrum Vitae which will be conquering the world soon by presenting its spectacular life- changing shows around the world and building many bridges between the people on different continents. At times it is difficult and lately the business definitely overtook my artistic engagements. However, with the greatest pleasure I still perform on special occasions and manage to achieve this being very well organised as performing means practising. My artistic skills are definitely helping me to bring interesting approaches into the business and sometimes to find the most unusual but effective solutions and certainly a creative and artistic approach towards people in business can bring good results.
