great synergy with, and who will always have
your back.
What is the biggest mistake you
have ever made in business and
what you did you learn from it?
It’s always a work in progress, Understanding
how to balance relationships and managing
teams, too closely or not too close is a balance
that I lost at one point in my career and I
learned that no matter how well you think it’s
going behind the scenes, you always have to
check in and take the temperature at all times.
Stay close and connected to all the pieces.

What is your definition of
success? How did you finally
know you had succeeded in your
business?
When I was able to spend time away from
the office, manage time efficiently with my
family and not worry about work. Building
teams, sharing and mentoring is a huge part
of success. Building the right team and energy
around projects and people is key

achieve what you have?
My Family, making everybody proud and
helping others in any way I could
