Ways you can act now Global warming could wipe out a quarter of all animal species on Earth by 2050 Daylight Harvesting Through the use of lighting control systems which are able to dim or switch off electric lighting in response to different daylight availability, daylight harvesting systems offset the amount of electric lighting needed to properly light a space and reduce energy consumption. Electric Vehicles The advancement in electric vehicle technology has been huge in recent years, resulting in 54 them being able to travel hundreds of miles off one charge. In addition, performance of these vehicles has significantly improved. Driving an electric vehicle has a positive impact on both the health and environment through reduced emissions.
