Deep breathing (at the appropriate time)
connects the three energetic centres. It
nourishes them. When we are under stress,
our breath becomes superficial, oxygen levels
fall…and we combat it by drinking more coffee
instead of breathing deeply. Our senses inform
the nervous system immediately. A pleasant
surrounding, beauty and harmony calm us.
To sing is one of the most natural expressions
and animator of good vibes. To do it together,
even more. Let’s go a step further:
How can
harmony? The flow between the three centres may guide
us to find the right way, to make good decisions,
to harmonise exterior life’s conditions and our
inner satisfaction. The exterior, life, is a good
mirror of our inner state of the art. Good
observation helps us to enhance our inner
flow. We need this flow: the intelligence of the
vital centre, of the heart and of our mind. It
has the wonderful task to balance information.
This lovely cooperation brings us to inner and
exterior harmony. Wow! Try, just find it out...

Maybe your answer will spontaneously be
“With a good work-life balance”. Well, that
is right – on one hand. But on the other, by
accepting this duality between work and life,
we create an inner conflict. We work, and this
is what we have to do, the inner “I must do, I
am obliged to do this, but from my very heart I
would prefer to do this and this…” and the part
of life, which is pleasure, “I can do, I am free to
do this and this…”.
We also have very powerful intuition which
comes from our vital centre, from what we
call “gut feeling”. The communication between
the three centres goes up, this means from
the vital, to the heart, to the mind. If we live
only from the mind, for example by neglecting
the signs of an overload of work becoming
exhausted, we risk damaging our health. If we
give priority to our heart, it can lead us to a
separation of heart and mind.
No, this is not the way, and this duality should
really be put out of our mind. Both sides should
be in unity. Let me explain in more detail: If
we keep it as a duality, we separate mind and
heart. So, what should we do?
The answer is clear: Bring heart and mind
together. Of course, sometimes I do not agree
with what I have to do due to hierarchical
structures. I have two possibilities: Try to
change it or find a way to manage it in a
clever way. Therefore, I need communicative
competences. With whom should I negotiate,
when and with which words? What is the
positive side of what I cannot accept? Of course,
there are limits of acceptation. My heart knows
them very well, and my mind is able to identify
the feelings or the language of my heart.
