Asian Curry Awards and Spicy, Crispy

I have been the happy recipient of multiple awards
including National winner of The Venus Influential
Woman of the Year (sponsored by Mercedes-Benz),
and finalist for The Venus Inspirational Woman of
the Year (sponsored by Bournemouth University).
I was one of eight selected finalists out of 8,000
contestants in Tommy Miah’s International Indian
Chef of the Year competition and I also won New
Kid on the Block in the UK Small Awards, launched
in 2017 to recognise the achievements of small
businesses in the UK.

Recently I was very excited to be invited to
attend the hugely extravagant Asian Curry
Awards. They were held at Grosvenor House
in Mayfair, London and presented by BBC
News Presenter Babita Sharma. These awards
acknowledge the huge successes of restaurant
owners and individuals across the whole of the
Asian Food Industry and ensure that the key
players are recognised for their achievements.
