06 Interview are the 3 most important attributes 07 What a person must have if they want to become wealthy? In order to answer this question it’s important to first define what wealthy means. To me being wealthy means being emotionally, mentally, physically, and financially supported in such a way that I can achieve my goals, and follow my calling in an inspiring way. In order to be wealthy like this attributes that I find indispensable are vision, persistence, and selfawareness. Vision because it’s important to know what to invest your time and efforts in at least roughly. Persistence because the road to wealth and success can be a long one, filled with doubt, and insecurities. Finally self awareness because in the end your business can only grow as much as yourself. Many passionate, ambitious women struggle with balance. 08 Does the “Balance” in live exist to you? I f so how do you achieve it? Many passionate, ambitious women struggle with balance. I’m no exception. I need to remind myself often that it’s important to step away from my desk, and my computer. I don’t think balance is something you can achieve forever. It’s not a place you can reach. Everything is constantly changing. So too your sense of balance. Sometimes I feel I’m in a flow, with everything around me going forward smoothly. At other times it’s total chaos, and I feel as if I’m running behind myself. The trick is to keep balance in the back of your mind, so that you never stray too far away from it, and can easily find your way back to center. 09 How do you take care of your body, mind and soul? Selfcare is extremely important to me. I have a massage every week, I follow a vegan lifestyle, I meditate twice daily, I exercise about 3 to 4 times a week. I make a point out of nourishing my soul at least once a week. Either through a date night with a friend, in the sofa reading a book, going to an art exhibition, a movie, or a play. Scheduling time in my calendar for this has made a huge difference. It helps me to stick to it, and reminds me of how important my wellbeing is to begin with. www.BusinessFitMagazine.com
