Switching to a healthier vegan diet will also have other benefits like better
digestive health. Plant based food is generally contains more fiber and are
easier for the body to digest. The result? You feel less bloated and have
more regular visits to the toilet. Some people do experience their bodies
reacting differently to various food groups. Experiment with what works
best for you and your body.
Many people will be experiencing feeling happier on a vegan lifestyle. This
can come from many different factors. You feel the good effects your new
diet has on your body, you have a better conscience knowing you are not
taking advantage of other living beings, you get to eat lots of amazing
food and explore the world in new ways. What is not to be happy about?
Is it for you? Why not give it a try?
The good news is that you will get to experience many of these benefits just by doing small changes. Why
not try to switch out one meal a week, or try out “Meat Free Monday”, do a vegan month, or just gradually
change your diet and lifestyle towards something better? You will often find that your biggest obstacle is
yourself, your habits and your beliefs.
It doesn’t matter if it is health, environmental or animal related reasons that behind your urge to make
changes to your current lifestyle. You will soon find out that they all matter and that you CAN make a
difference in this world by making small changes for yourself.
